Oversee general supply management and inventory control for properties of all companies assigned to the unit. Ensure adequate supplies by placing orders. Administer, plan, and direct the facility property management program and track and monitor budget for logistical requirements. Coordinate logistics operations within the Battalion and Brigade while simultaneously managing equipment fielding, turn-ins, and lateral transfers for external higher-level partners. Recommend the disposition or redistribution of excess equipment and material. Inspect completed work for accuracy and compliance with established procedures. Plan, coordinate, and evaluate logistical actions required to support specified missions in supply, maintenance, procurement, property accountability, transportation, and equipment. Review and analyze purchase requests for acquisition of services and commodities and initiate, update, or recommend actions for requests for contracts. Resolve logistical deficiencies and improvements to assure timely and adequate logistical services for customers throughout the area of responsibility. Post transactions to organization and installation property book and supporting transactions files. Manage the records of all leased, loaned, and borrowed equipment for the Battalion. Administer the records for all equipment within the Battalion being transferred into and out of the property book. Prioritize and schedule activities for the respective supervisors. Plan, schedule, and coordinate travel for senior leadership within the unit. Make necessary arrangements for conferences, meetings, teleconferences, and video teleconferences for all leadership within the Battalion. Respond to routine requests for information including status of reports, suspense dates, and referring requests to appropriate staff. Initial point of contact for all Battalion level controlled correspondence.

Designed, developed, and delivered initial and ongoing training to employees and managers including new hire orientation, customer service training, ramp training, harassment training, management concepts training, and recurrent training for all employees. Created PowerPoint presentations and training materials. Submitted Class attendance records for all training events. Monitored computer based training and ensured team members were current with all required courses. Conducted on the job training (OJT) to familiarize team members with proper operating procedures.
Ramp Agent Responsibilities: Lift, load, unload, and transport customer bags and cargo to/from aircraft's, bag carts, and conveyor belts, Drive and operate ground support equipment.
