ISCI prepares professional supervisors and coaches and provides courses for experienced coaches/supervisors (systemic supervision and coaching, Appreciative Inquiry, constellations, process work etc.)
The 2.5 year supervision and coaching programme prepares professional coaches and supervisors. The programme is based on humanistic, solutions-focused and systemic approaches and introduces principles and techniques from solution-focused brief therapy, psychodrama, arts therapy, gestalt therapy, NLP.
In-house mentoring programmes
- Systemic Team Coaching - Training: Coaching skills for leaders, mentoring, appreciative collaboration - Supervision for coaches, mentors and other professionals working with people I work with executives, leadership teams and various professionals (IT, telecom, production, healthcare, education etc) who want to accelerate individual and organisational learning in their organisation and support well-being of their people, clients, nature and all other stakeholders.
The international programme is aimed for people working in education. In 2023, Malaga, Spain - professionals from 8 countries learned together and shared experiences how to use coaching and boost well-being in education. In 2024 two programmes will take place - in Estonia and in Spain.
