I’m an Application Support Team Lead with a background in technical support, escalations, and day to day service operations. I work closely with support teams, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to solve complex issues, improve processes, and make support more effective for both customers and internal teams. I’ve built my experience by being hands on, practical, and comfortable working through messy problems. Whether it’s guiding escalations, supporting my team through difficult cases, spotting patterns in recurring issues, or helping improve the way work moves across teams, I like being in the middle of the problem solving and helping turn chaos into something clearer and more manageable. I care about doing good work, communicating clearly, and being someone my team and stakeholders can rely on. I take pride in creating structure where it’s needed, keeping things moving, and helping people feel supported while still keeping standards high. When I’m not working, I’m usually cooking up a recipe I found online, watching reruns of Parks and Recreation, listening to Dr Karl’s podcast, or spending time with my partner and piano.
