- Manage the clinic's daily operations to ensure a smooth journey for patients with or without medical appointments within the clinic. - Attend to patient day-to-day enquiries such as matter related to medical appointments and medical bills. - Assist doctors in managing patients' necessary follow-up appointments within our clinic or referral to the hospital. - Handling administrative matters like mailing out medical reports to patients, making phone calls to inform patients of abnormal test results, and so on.
- Supervise and monitor the learning progress of primary school student. - Plan and conduct activities according to the centre’s curriculum. - To establish and maintain good rapport with students, parents and teachers.
- Ensure smooth daily operations function in various sites as well as assist in the deployment of manpower. - Conduct inspection occasionally on service delivery standard, workflow, punctuality of workers, workers’ attendance, quality control, and workplace safety adherence. - Communicate with people with disabilities regarding the job scope with a different method. - Conduct On Job Training as well as Individual Training Program for workers and people with disabilities (vocational & service).
- Handling customer’s phone calls and emails received as well as doing daily sales reports. - Ensure the physical stock in the inventory is always in tally with the system. - Inventory stock check was being done frequently to ensure no missing or additional part. - Liaise closely with both suppliers as well as the technician who draw the parts daily.
- Operate the machine in the factory according to the procedure and ensure the product flow smoothly from one process to another. - Do material planning throughout the day to ensure no interruption in between. - Take responsibility for machine idle, unable to produce the required amount of product by the day and also any breakage of the product. - Communicate with the technician and engineer if the machine works differently or out of sync to ensure good quality of the product.
