Supported execution of 6 organizational events within a 6-month timeframe through comprehensive administrative execution, including drafting event proposals, coordinating event planning, managing logistics, and preparing post-event accountability reports (Accountability Reports / Final Event Reports). Co-led weekly internal meetings, producing structured meeting minutes for both internal divisions and meetings with external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, cross-division alignment, and consistency with organizational objectives and event goals. As well as new member recruitment during BINUS Student Organization Expo 2025. Oversaw and supported organizational governance processes, including policy compliance, role accountability, and ethical decision-making, contributing to leadership alignment and organizational stability.
Managed content creation and scheduling for two skincare brands, consistently meeting and sustaining monthly content KPIs. Increased content output for both brands by 75% while maintaining quality, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing goals. Conducted market surveys for a total of 3 CHC brands and prepared comprehensive, detailed and presentable Market Survey reports for each of the brands, offering valuable insight and analysis by commercialization team Coordinated influencer collaborations with six influencers across three cities. Which resulted in a total of 50K in Impressions, boosting brand visibility and consumer awareness in targeted regions. Designed and arranged carousel content with my team for new upcoming posts for BNFC’s Instagram. Supervised and coordinated cross-functional content teams to ensure timely delivery and maintain the highest quality standards. Directed booth operations for Binus Finance Club at BINUS’s Student Organization Expo 2024, Alam Sutera Campus, achieving the recruitment of 120 new members. Served as Project Secretary for BNFC’s Welcoming Party 2024, overseeing proposal editing and submission, and coordinating across project divisions to ensure timely completion of all deliverables
Appointed Head of Polling Station (Ketua KPPS TPS 24) for the Karang Tengah Subdistrict, Tangerang City, during the 2024 Indonesian Regional Election Led a team of eight election committee members, overseeing all voting day operations and ensuring compliance with official procedures. Supervised vote counting, documentation, and result submission, ensuring accuracy and timely upload of polling data without delays or irregularities.
