I am a Senior Manager with almost three decades of experience in the highly competitive business of processed food products with a worldwide sales network and a proven track record of sales successes in both - own label and branded business. Due to my long international engagement, I have a precise knowledge of the international retail trade. Through direct retail contacts, I have achieved several international listings with food products under the own label of various European Retailers as well as with the subsidiary companies of the big German Discounter Operators. Naturally, I am experienced in international product development and product launches. Also, I have carried out numerous international trading deals (i.e. buying and selling internationally produced food products). Currently, after a Sabbatical, I am looking again for challenges within the international food business (incl. pet food). Besides a full time emplyment, I am also open to work on a time based contract as export business consultant for companies who have difficulties with their international performance or start-ups that plan to go international. Training young people and exciting them for the international business world has been very satisfying to me during my career.
