Following the successful completion of the Siemens Advanta project within the CEO Office, I was entrusted with leading the project "Realization of an Organizational Development Learning Journey for the P&O Board of Management", aimed at driving Siemens' People and Organization (P&O) transformation.
In my role as a Project Manager People & Change at Siemens Advanta Consulting, I spearheaded the "Performance & Growth" project for "Government Affairs", a Siemens Central Governance function within the CEO office. Focusing on enhancing organization efficiency and team leadership as well as on the implementation of strategies to drive team performance.
In my role as an Enabler at KA Leadership Consulting, I focus on organizational development, leadership, and operational excellence. I provide valuable advice and support on topics like agility, lean management, and project management. By implementing Lean, Six Sigma and Agile methodologies, I am able to drive change processes and enhance management development within the company.
I had the privilege of presenting a TEDx Talk titled "Soft Skills are the new Hard Skills" at the prestigious Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in Germany. The talk focused on the evolving landscape of leadership in the complex VUCA world, emphasizing the significance of soft skills in navigating challenges and driving success.
