I've been travelling Australia, for approximately 3 years, I spent 9 months in Melbourne during the lockdowns, I travelled from Melbourne, hitched a ride to Sydney, bought a car in Sydney, travelled to Gold Coast and Brisbane livd I the gold coast for 6monts, and have transveresed the entire North East Coast of Australia 3 times all the way up to Cairns, Townsvillie, Arlie Beach, Mackay, Rockhampton, 1770, Agnes Waters, Noosa Heads, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Gold Coast. Two times I travelled via cars, and one time I spent several months on my motorbike, with two backs and a tent. This was one of the most challenging things I ever done in my life, travelling across Australia by myself, on a motorbike, my Yamaha Virago 1993 Which was only a 250cc bike, with two back's and a tent, but made it there and back the whole way, with only a few hiccups along the way. and no major crashes, so I am very blessed. Also it was one of the most rewarding journeys to be able to complete on my safe return to Brisbane. And something I will remember for a long time. I spent 4months in Berleigh Heads, and Tallebugery, majoritively living on the beach in a tent during qlds biggest and worst recored history of rain storms and floods. recently I left the Gold Coast and have been back up along the coast stopping in at these locations for a few nights to a week or two at a time, I am currently in Townsville and have been here for around about 3 weeks now. and let's just say there are a lot of other travel stories that I may share as required or needed as lessons as part of my kaupapa, of sharing, kõrero, and knowledge, lessons, and failures, as I go, in the hope that it will be helpful to those who to hear them most.
