Deliver effective communication with all concerned operation departments. • Prudentially on utilize VIP player member earned points and comp available to do a complimentary. • Updating Report such as: (Daily Weekly Monthly) Premium program N/N chips rolling amount, Hotel occupancy rate, Limousine trip rate, F&B Comp amount. • Maintain a high standard of personal presentation, grooming and hygiene at all times and keep all the VIP players information confidential all the time. • Major VIP players race from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau and Malaysia.
