From auction to export, I manage the full cycle of sourcing and selling agro-commodities from Tanzania. Coffee, cocoa, sesame, and cashew have long defined the core of my work, supported by trusted partners and long-term clients across Europe, MENA, and Asia who value consistency, origin insight, and ongoing support beyond the deal.
Leading sourcing and export operations with a dedicated focus on Tanzania as the primary origin for agro commodities. Specializing in coffee, cocoa, sesame, and cashew, with deep operational knowledge of local production zones and auction systems. Maintaining strong relationships with farmers, cooperatives, and local agents, enabling direct, traceable, and quality controlled procurement. Coordinating all stages of the value chain from farm to container ensuring efficient execution, product consistency, and transparency. Managing a portfolio of long term B2B clients across Europe, MENA, and Asia, built on trust, supply reliability, and responsive communication. Closely monitoring Tanzanian auction dynamics, seasonal trends, and quality benchmarks to match supply with client specific needs. Providing continuous client support post shipment, emphasizing long term relationship management and operational visibility.
• Coordinating the portfolio of agricultural products such as, sesame, cashew nuts, cocoa beans and coffee. • Highly adding value by creating successful relations between suppliers and customers • Developing new business opportunities to expand portfolio and to create continuous supply from Africa. • Dealing with the quality of the products and meeting the customer demands by informing the supply chain departments in Africa. • Following up the every details in order to reach zero-fault operation and exporting process.
• Responsible for 2 countries and 5 different brands commercial Marketing & Pr organizations and budget management. • Improving customer satisfaction in current markets and making organizations to increase market shares. • Planing and implementing marketing activities in line with the company export sales strategies, fullfilling the company’s annual targets. • Established productive and collaborative relationships with local business units, which ensured seamless implementation of regional initiatives. • Team Leader of three marketeers.
• Focusing on market research, finding new customers, new markets and new opportunities. • Performing strategic business development plans to identify and develop new sales opportunities. • Following up customer orders as well as accounts for all process from start to end closely to ensure customer satisfaction. • Developed a new lubricant brand from scratch. • Developed comprehensive detailed portfolio analysis with required interventions proposal; portfolio vision, strategies and development of ‘route to market’ plans.
• Managed the sales department with staff of 35, and reached the sales by 55.000 liter/per day. • Represented the company in Shell Turkey meetings and specialist seminars. • Development and supervision of local marketing activities to support sales team. • Established strategies were shared with Shell Turkey, who launched a promotional conference for all Istanbul Shell branches using our model as new policies. • Gained an award from Shell Turkey as Ikitelli OSB branch who received the most positive feedbacks from the customers among 15 gas stations in the region.
