• Report to the European Braking and Suspension System. • Highlight and communicate actions/directives to drive WC, Management Cash Flow, AR days and AP days • Coordinate the site’s monthly closings and related reporting, ensuring that all are accurate and populated in line with local statutory and US GAAP requirements to be completed on pre-determined deadlines • Perform monthly and quarterly financial analysis, reconciliations for all technical accounting and business matters • Prepare specific files monthly, quarterly and annual (flash reports, other accounts, f/x currency, recall , trademark, variance files (actual vs forecast, actual vs budget or forecast vs previous forecast) pricing files, cash forecast and cash status etc.) from European Braking and Suspension System • Prepare the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, ensuring timely submission and presentation to the European Board of Directors and Senior Management Team together with my direct manager in France • Local SOX champion; coordinate Sarbanes-Oxley requirements with European and US SOX Champions and , review and implement templates and questionnaires for full compliance, identify internal control risks. Goal is to have no GAP or self-identified GAPs at minimum • Very well knowledge of HFM (Oracle) • Prepare ad-hoc files if neccessary
