As a Commercial Strategy Director, I am driving key strategic projects together with senior leadership of Novartis International, incl. scoping, structuring and leading cross-functional teams to execute these initiatives. SELECT PROJECT EXPERIENCE: • Jan 2024 onwards: In-country rotation (Germany) – Launch preparation co-lead for remibrutinib in CSU • Member (on assignment) of the Novartis Immunology Int’l TA Launch Team for remibrutinib in CSU – responsible for parts of the Int’l Launch Strategy (e.g. target patient definition) • Co-led Novartis-wide transformation and new OpModel implementation – i.a. strategic partner to program leadership and lead of the in-country OpModel design team (incl. onboarding of country GMs and facilitation of country LT immersion sessions - e.g. Spain, Japan) • Co-led a commercial transformation programme for Germany (Top3 NVS Int’l market)
As a Senior Strategy Manager, I am carrying end-to-end project management responsibility, incl. the leadership, development and coaching of consulting teams.
