Working in IT under Public Mixed Markets, being responsible for co-managing the Consumer Rights, Birth Choice, and Later Life Care site. Responsibilities included: Story writing (user/job stories), prioritising stories in backlog for sprint, testing and signing off stories, wire-framing diagrams, liaising with development teams and stakeholders. Acting as Scrum Master and interim product owner. Working closely with product owners in defining scope and assisting in UI/UX behaviours. Achievements - Successfully co-lead the migration of the Elderly care website and legacy CMS migration to one which had greater reliability, more component control, delivered on time, built within budget, on specification, and exceeded expectations with seamless transition for editors. This resulted in increased system performance. Customer feedback was great from end users. - Co-lead front end rebuild of a website that serves over one million site visitors. - Increased site SEO exposure by evaluating and updating URLs and redirects for 1.2million users when rebuilding the Elderly Care site, now Later Life Care. This aided in surfacing and increasing traffic to the website.
