At the heart of my career is a commitment to bridging East and West—finding ways to connect markets, cultures, and ideas so that businesses and people can thrive across borders. I specialise in cross-border consulting, helping companies grow between Europe and Asia by combining the analytical rigour of a strategy consultant with the practical experience of a hands-on entrepreneur. As Co-Founder and Co-CEO of MYCS, a Berlin-based furniture e-commerce company, I scaled the business to 200 people, achieved over €50M in annual revenues, and expanded operations to five countries before a successful exit to financial investor Equivia in 2022. I have also founded businesses in China and Japan, gaining first-hand insight into operating and scaling companies in diverse cultural and regulatory environments. Earlier in my career, I was a McKinsey consultant, advising multinational clients across Europe in a range of industries. Deeply embedded in the tech and startup ecosystem, I leverage both a strong network and practical experience to forge partnerships and create opportunities across markets. Born in Hong Kong, raised in Germany, and fluent in five languages, I combine cultural fluency with deep market understanding. In addition to my consulting work, I founded Bao Gao Club to bring Chinese dim sum culture to Germany through culinary excellence, cultural heritage, and tradition.
