Development of a high-powered A/B-testing tool for brick-and-mortar retailing • End-to-end coding of central functions within the entire data pipeline • Moderation of workshops to consolidate prototype requirements • Design of a holistic testing process in joint collaboration with stakeholders • Successful launch of our data solution within several countries as the main communications representative Key responsible for ad hoc analyses & enabling • Inter alia, developing internationally valid data solutions based on sales forecasts • Coaching of departments to automate reports in Python
Scope of independent tasks and responsibilities: • Consultancy Project: Designing and implementing a benchmark analysis of future digital channels in the automotive industry • Usability Testing: Assistance at qualitative studies. Evaluation and visualisation of their results. Conducting expert reviews • User Research: Data analysis of survey studies using descriptive statistical methods • Marketing: Development, design and maintenance of the new company website on a strategic and editorial level • Methods: Enhancement and documentation of new methods for the portfolio of the agency (e.g. card sorting, remote testing)
