I have co-founded Mamba where my focus lies in aligning business development, capital strategy, and strategic partnerships to ensure the company can grow sustainably and seize new opportunities. Mamba is rethinking ski touring by developing advanced climbing aids that eliminate long-standing problems with traditional skins, such as poor glide, unreliable grip, and snow buildup, while offering a more sustainable solution. My background in corporate sustainability and banking underpins this work. I previously served as Head of Group Sustainability, developing frameworks to integrate environmental and social impact into business strategy, and spent eight years in corporate and investment banking at Raiffeisen Bank International, where I gained deep expertise in financing, risk management, and capital markets. This experience allows me to combine strategic foresight with financial discipline to support innovation and scale. Beyond my professional work, I love spending time in nature, especially in the mountains throughout the year, with ski touring being one of my favorite ways to explore them.
As Co-Founder, I drive corporate strategy and finance, shaping our long-term vision and securing the resources to scale.
