  Nach über 40 Jahren Arbeit in der Industrie und internationalen Aktivitäten, ist für mich die Zeit gekommen, etwas ganz anderes zu machen. Ich bin deshalb in meine Heimat zurückgekehrt und möchte dort die bayrische Tradition und Gemütlichkeit fördern. In meiner neuen Rolle als Betriebsleiter der Schlossbrauerei Odelzhausen, habe ich die Chance bekommen, das erlernte Wissen über Technologien, Management und Personalführung in das Unternehmen einzubringen. Es macht mich stolz einen traditionellen Familienbetrieb mit Gastronomie, Hotellerie und Brauerei leiten und für die Zukunft auszurichten zu dürfen.Mit viel Respekt und Energie möchte ich dazu beitragen, dass diese sehr schwierige Branche weiter eine Zukunft hat und es jeden Tag viele zufriedene Menschen geben wird.
