The calibration engineer/development engineer does the planning, preparation, execution and evaluation of development and calibration tests on all types of test environments (hardware-in-the-loop, engine test bench, chassis dynamometer, powertrain test bench, general vehicle and climate tests, special vehicle measurements on the road (e.g. PEMS, DRIVE), etc.). The engineer is responsible for ensuring that the measurement programme and targets defined by the calibration engineer/development engineer are carried out on time and with the required quality of results.
