• Responsible for the secure and efficient operation of the central NetApp NAS/SAN Storage infrastructure (Metrocluster FC as well IP, StorageGRID, Unified Nearstore Backup). • Execution of 2nd level service (Incident/Change/Operational mgmt) according to ITIL with integration of further service providers (3rd level). • Implementation of administration with the required operational tools for monitoring, logging, provisioning and continuous patch management. • Execution of routine tasks with bash, Ansible. • Participation in on-call duty (outside office hours) and assumption of activities outside regular working hours.
