I bring extensive experience in leading complex, cross-border organisations — including full strategic and operational responsibility for country organisations of 1,000+ employees and regional clusters of more than 2,000 employees across Western and Central Europe. By focussing on translating strategy into measurable value creation, I have driven organic growth, executed M&A transactions, led restructuring initiatives to advance portfolio diversification, as well as to strengthen competitive positioning and long-term profitability. I have successfully delivered large-scale transformation and digitalisation programs across the entire value chain with a consistent focus on execution discipline, capital efficiency, and performance accountability. By working closely together with boards and stakeholders I navigated complexity, aligned organisations around clear priorities, and built high-performing leadership teams that deliver sustainable results. I am currently exploring the next senior leadership mandate where strategic repositioning, performance acceleration, and long-term value creation are key priorities.
