Lead team of 4-7 people responsible for: Monthly financial closing and reporting process for 2 legal entities IFRS reporting Annual budget and monthly rolling forecast (P&L until EBITDA) for the Shared Services (HR, Finance, Legal and Marketing) Monthly cash flow reporting and analysis Statutory reporting: annual accounts, CIT and VAT returns First point of contact for external auditors Monitor and evaluate the finance processes, including the cooperation with the Shared Service Center in Krakow Various projects: e.g. system migrations and implementations of new tools
Lead team of 3 people responsible for: Monthly financial closing process in SAP for 4 legal entities (2 in Belgium and 2 in the Netherlands) Monthly reporting of balance sheet and P&L in HFM Additional financial reporting: working capital analysis, balance sheet review, etc. Annual business budget and monthly rolling forecast (P&L until EBITDA, main BS accounts) Annual accounts, CIT, VAT and intrastat returns First point of contact for external auditors Coordinate various administration processes, support the HR agenda and manage fleet
