I have 25 years of work experience in the design and execution of national and international infrastructure projects. I have a passion for making complex construction tasks work, with a strong background in civil/structural engineering and a holistic approach for the technical solution. During my carrier I worked on bridges, quay walls, sea and inland locks, rail ways, deep excavation pits including all kind of retaining structures, top-down, bottom-up and rock tunnels. My experience covers design management as well as technical and site management with focus on cost, planning and risk control. The preparation, review and assessment of technical and commercial bids has been a consistent part of my work. Since 12 years I have direct staff responsibility for design and site teams. I believe in teamwork and that the inclusion and participation of every team member produces the best result.
