● Appointed Site Director for the Xylem B&S Site in UK with >40 employees in different Departments (EHS, Operations, R&D, Sales, Service, etc). Responsible for >6M$ revenue and >1000 active parts mainly for the food and beverage industry. Main focus on production efficiency and EHS performance improvement.
● Developing common CI strategy for Xylem global. Identification and development of standard toolset. Creating CI assessment tool to understand the CI baseline of our factory network. Conducted >20 CI assessment across the globe and supported by identifying improvement activities to improve scoring. ● Part of the development team for the XPS for the operational as well as for the support function processes. Set up a digital learning platform in cooperation with Gemba academy to create a self-learning platform for our employees including certification criteria and paths forward towards Problem Solving-, Lean Practioner-, GB-, BB-, etc- certifications. ● Instructor and trainer for the CI team of the different Xylem brands in Kaizen facilitation, VSM, Problem solving, and several other CI tools and methods.
Responsible for the deployment and implementation of an Global Lean and Quality manufacturing system across the Steam Power Systems Factory network. Guiding and driving the mindset change towards CI. Coaching and mentoring of several VSM projects at factory and Business level. Supporting the Steam Power Systems on critical projects (8D, DMAIC, etc..). Developing and supporting the implementation of GE`s Fast Works approach within the Steam Power Systems team. Coach and trainer for the Factory CI teams in Lean and Quality tools.

Coach and trainer for the Factory CI teams in Lean and Quality tools.
Responsible for developing and the global roll out of Quality improvement tools, processes and approaches. Interface for the regions (EU,/Asia – Pacific,/Americas/India) to improve communication and alignment of approaches. Best practice transfer and Benchmarking. Trainer for the regional CI teams in Lean / Six Sigma tools, processes and approaches. Running and supporting global improvement project for global suppliers.
