Design and development interior and exterior plastic components in Catia V5 according to automotive requirements in mold injection technology. Work with the following companies: BMW, MAN. Scope of work: • designing of plastic components according to automotive requirements in mold injection technology, • designing of carbon car components, • work accordance with Customer standards, • work in Part, Assembly, Generative Shape Design, Drafting modules of Catia V5, • development of technical documentation GD&T, • work in PDM Enovia LCA environment, • work with PRISMA BMW, • work in an international environment.
Description: -conception, planning, simulation and offline programming of robotic systems, especially with 6-axis robots (Kuka, ABB, Fanuc, Motoman) for cars body shell, - creating offline programming (OLP) with use of robot simulation program Robcad, Process Simulate and Delmia V5, - creating Multi Resource Simulation (MRS) and Sequence of Operation (SOP), - consideration of customer standards (VW, BMW), - verification of production-related factors of the automation system (cycle time, collisions, distribution list etc.), - design and setup program structure, - configure robots I/O. Participation in the following projects: - integration of model VW376 with model VW378 (Wolfsburg factory, Germany), robots Kuka and standard VW, - project F60 (NedCar Born, Netherlands), robots ABB and standard BMW, - integration of model VW411 with model VW416 (Chattanooga factory, USA), robots Fanuc and standard VW, - project VW Crafter (Fulda factory, Germany), robots Motoman and standard VW.
