Statistician by training, graduated from University of Paris II ASSAS in France, I have spent over 18 years around data and analytical solutions. During 6 years, as a senior business analyst at Capgemini, I have helped my clients to define and manage their BI strategy/roadmap and to turn data into insights. After having launched the new Data Science department at Boobook, a strategic consultancy company, I have joined EDF Luminus as Data Engineering Manager.
• Data Intelligence & Project Management Successfully managed the transition of the Data Intelligence team from SAP CRM to Salesforce : more than 15 critical reports up to date at the moment of CRM go live including sales, churn and commissioning reports; Led the Next Best Action committee and aligned the priorities across the company; Managed the BI project (IT) from a business perspective : definition of the scope of the project, business requirements, validation of the deliveries and continuous improvement of the project. • Data Engineering Developped a new Oracle database and managed the migration of the Data Intelligence team to this database; Coached\Supported the Data Intelligence team in the usage of the data and to apply best practices; Moved key sales processes to the AWS cloud (python, pyspark, airflow,...) • Data science & Data visualisation Developped the first QlikSense applications within the company. From a crosstab in Excel to a dynamic self-service environment for all type of analysis; Improved the knowledge on Bad payers by implementing a segmentation and a predictive model. Significant reduction of the bad debt after few months
• Data Science & Innovations Built the Big Data culture and developed competencies within the company around the evolution of analytics with Big Data: text analysis, work with unstructured data, software comparisons and use of open-source solutions • Data Science & Project Management Developed a model to detect clients at risk of churn and take action before they leave for a healthcare insurance company; Improved the knowledge on NPS (Net Promoter Score) drivers across countries for a travel and tourism company.
• Business Analysis & Project Management Managed the full BI project life cycle during 5 years - 2 assignments: roadmap definition with key stakeholders, process optimization, establishment of user requirements and functional specifications, technical specifications validation, UAT, end-user training, and production environment monitoring • SAS expertise Launched a new web project : optimal technical solution chosen with clients and SAS group; Developed a POC to assist client’s negotiation with suppliers • Business Development Developed a proposal for fraud detection and recruited analytics profils for big data projects Main clients : Orange (3 years), Pole emploi (2 years), PMU, MNH
