• Preparing Project Schedule, VDRL, Techanical Documents and Material Status Report (Indent & Delivery Status). • Preparing Work Breakdown Structure and Planing Specific plans. • Progress Reporting including schedule updating, progress calculation in percentage, progress variance & Delay analysis, critical issues and countermeasures etc. • Monitoring progress on weekly/bi-weekly/monthly basis, updating schedules and reporting. Preparing Critical issues analysis. • Analyse project delays, baseline v/s actual Variation and implement corrective action (In Consultation with Project DGM). • Coordinate with Design, Quality department for updating Document submission progress & VDRL, Procurement department for Material status & Producation department for updating the manufacturing schedule. • Finding and resolving producation constraints through coordination with producation teams and Dicipline Engineers.
Scheduling, Coordinating & Monitoring of Assigned Projects. • Understanding Client’s requirements and prepare Project Schedule in MS Project Software. • Formulating project parameters & assigning responsibilities to the team. • Monitoring Progress on a bi-weekly/monthly basis indicating the delays/ Critical issues countermeasures. • Preparing work break down structure to assign the resources. • Preparing Reports and Statistical Charts to update the Progress of the Project and submitting it to the Client. • Analyzing the Project delays, risks, and obstacles during the Project
Coordinating & Monitoring of Assigned Projects. • Co-ordinate with Project Coordinator & Planning Engineer at Offshore, Onshore and prepare indent according to material requirement • Raise PR for the material after co-ordination with planning engineer. • Forward manpower requirement to admin & tools/tackles requirement to stores based on project requirement. • Prepare preliminary scope of work for piping from the received Bid Document • Studying Piping layout, P & ID, GAD, Isometric drawings, prepare material tack off (MTO) and joint history sheet. • Monitoring & Coordinate with CAD team for drafting drawings, CAD design standards and procedures to meet customer needs. • Prepare drawing progress report after coordination with CAD team. • Calculate piping Inch-dia for onshore & offshore work.
