As a QA Microbiologist at Oman Refreshment Company (ORC), the exclusive bottler and distributor of PepsiCo products in Oman, I have over 16 years of experience in ensuring the microbiological quality and safety of various food and beverage products, such as carbonated soft drinks, juices, water, and dairy. I am passionate about delivering high-quality products that meet the expectations and requirements of customers, consumers, and regulators. My core competencies include performing microbiological analysis, monitoring product compliance, conducting proficiency testing, calibrating lab equipment, validating HACCP and FSSC 22000 standards, conducting internal audits, documenting results and reports, and training and supervising lab staff. I am also a sensory team panelist and a food safety team member, contributing to the improvement and innovation of ORC's products and processes.
