I began questioning many of the assumptions that had guided my career and life. Success and achievement still mattered, but I realised that fulfilment comes from living and working in alignment with who you are and what truly matters. That insight led me to co-found Econic, helping accelerate the energy transition for homeowners. Together with an incredible team, we built one of Europe's leading residential energy transition platforms. Years later, a new question emerged: What does success look like when it is no longer measured only by growth, revenue and scale? The answer led me to Spain. Today I live on the Costa Blanca, where I combine entrepreneurship with a deep curiosity about how we can live, work and lead more consciously. Not less ambitious, but more intentional and led by one guiding principle: let the path emerge while walking over it! With Solmates.energy, we help homeowners at the Costa Blanca accelerate their energy transition through solar energy, battery storage and smart energy solutions. Through SPARC Hikes, I bring entrepreneurs and professionals into nature to slow down. From Valencia and Alicante to Mallorca and even on the Camino de Santiago, we create space for reflection, meaningful conversations and fresh perspectives. Across everything I do, one theme remains constant: I like to build bridges, to make the connection ā¢ Between people and ideas ā¢ Between ambition, personal growth and being in tune with yourself ā¢ Between entrepreneurship and a purpose ā¢ Between history's wisdom and tomorrow's opportunities Ultimately, what gives me energy is bringing people together, helping ideas grow, and by doing so building bridges towards a better future. This led me to leave my international career at Heineken and start Evoyo in 2016, with the goal of accelerating Europeās energy transition for homeowners. Fast forward 10 years, Iām still on my journey of self-discovery and find myself in the midst of my next transformation as a founders Confidant & Coach. As I firmly believe in the creative power of entrepreneurs to drive positive change. But I also know that entrepreneurship can be lonely, where itās easy to lose touch with yourself, your unique gifts, and your energy source.
