An engineer by background, I have demonstrated delivery at senior level in complex business environments ranging from oil & gas to renewables (hydrogen, solar, wind). Expertise in business development, project management, commercial management and strategy development/rollout. Over the years gained Joint Venture experience managing divergent stakeholders, enabling ability to leverage people skills as well seeking creative solutions to unlock. Successfully managed complex shareholder governance & stakeholder relationships. Following 32 years with Shell International, a stint as CEO of a green hydrogen start-up as well as consultant for large scale solar M&A, I led Doral Hydrogen Europe from 2022 to 2025. Currently consulting for hydrogen rollout in EU. I have a proactive leadership style, leveraging drive, energy and enthusiasm to deliver team motivation and business outcomes. Consulting for renewable energy implementation, largely on the green hydrogen side (one of largest current projects is working for Fountain Fuel in the Netherlands as Strategic Advisor).
Chairman of The Supervisory Board. Fountain Fuel is developing a network of zero-emission fuelling stations (green hydrogen and EV chargers) at strategic locations throughout the EU.
Establish a new company in Europe focusing on Green Hydrogen, which will be a direct subsidiary to Doral Hydrogen Ltd (global) and parent Doral Renewable Energy Resources Group. Led Doral Hydrogen Europe as Managing Director with 50+ green hydrogen projects across Europe and an initial team of 4 staff. Six projects in Spain have started to mature past feasibility. Invested in Hydrogen Refuelling Station scale-up, becoming one of the two largest shareholders.
