Building generative AI agents that help businesses scale customer support. Outverse AI customer support agents interact directly with your customers to autonomously resolve up to 80% of tickets. They can handle everything from refunds through to technical product questions, and provide instant personalized answers and no wait times. We've raised over $7M from investors including Wing (Snowflake, Gong & Pinecone), Notion Capital, Seedcamp and Connect Ventures.
I worked at Meta on the Workplace product for my first 2 years: • Working initially as the design lead for the ML team. This team handled the Notifications surface as well as the News Feed. • I joined the Workplace Knowledge Library team to expand it's offerings. Much of this work is still under NDA but I was the design lead for a few large scale features, creating end-to-end flows for Knowledge creation and management, as well as sharing. I moved to Portal in August 2021 to create a user experience for a yet to be released product. This is under NDA.
Product designer on the Rider experience, I worked on a team that focused on a few key rider projects. I lead a redesign of the Round Up & Donate feature, as well as designing much of the early foundation for the in-app experience for Lyft's new membership, Lyft Pink.
