Greater Chicago Area
I have dedicated my life to helping teams succeed and finding that path forward that was hidden. As a life long entrepreneur now being employed by one of Chicago's largest cloud infrastructure providers, I am a firm believer in success being a byproduct of passion and empathy. As a result, I am a c-level executive with a permanent open door policy. I believe in a solid set of core values and apply them to my everyday work, interaction with clients, and hope to lead by example for our employees. I could fill this paragraph with the usual stuffy COO speak but I would rather you know more about who I am and what I believe in.
As a customer success centric COO at one of the largest cloud infrastructure providers in Chicago, I am responsible for the success of the following teams: Implementation & Sales Engineers, System Administrators, Data Center Operations, and Management. Working closely with our CEO, CTO, CFO and the VP of Marketing, we are constantly evolving the capabilities of the company. Success is properly interpreting and executing on the needs of our customers.
Tasked with rebuilding the System Administration and Data Center Operation teams as an interim responsibility before moving into the COO role. This allowed me to gain deep insight into everyday operational duties and better understand our customers.
As WiredTree's Vice President of Operations, my goals have only expanded. I have the freedom to provide guidance and direction like never before. What a fantastic year it has been for growth, releasing new products, acquiring new talent, reaching #254 on the Inc. 500 and much more. We have a fantastic team and I cannot wait to see what is around the corner.
As WiredTree's General Manager, I am responsible for guiding all levels of staff to the highest level of effectiveness. I work closely with other WiredTree managers to identify and solve issues before they become problems. Always ready to jump into a ticket to take care of a client if needed. We are never above or below any responsibility. My individual responsibilities also include Customer Service, Sales, hiring, firing, planning, foresight, communication, understanding and compassion. As part of my new position, I have also appointed myself grandmaster of pinball repair for the office pinball machines. My goal always has been and always will be productivity through harmony.
I am the Customer Service / Support Manager at WiredTree Inc. My responsibilities include maintaining the highest level of client service in our industry, new employee hiring, training, guiding & implementing new projects, sales and much more. If you love what you do and you own a nice chair, it becomes difficult to go home at the end of the day. My goals and daily responsibilities inspire me.
