Working alongside all 43 of the UK's Police Forces, in collaboration with the NPCC, DPP, DPC, MOPAC. We are in the process of on-boarding each force to the new Single Online Home (SOH) website. Establishing their reporting services and in phases moving them from their current website, through beta, to their locally branded SOH website. Allowing a wide range of digital public contact with the police. My role has been to set the training strategy and approach, liaise with forces for training organisation, develop the necessary training materials and manuals, build the training environment (using a higly reconfigured EPIServer CMS), deliver training to forces at local sites and to provide support to those involved. On other projects I have integrated learning assets into the agile delivery process to provide moment of need content. Conducted Learning audits on course materials. Designed technical learning documentation to allow trainers to make the best use of developed solutions. I regularly support colleagues onboarding them to various CMS systems and internal software suites. Produce copy for bids, answer RFIs in relation to our L&D capabilities and outputs.
