About

Most travel platforms are built for the search bar. I'm building for the moment before the search. The moment someone sees a place through a creator's eyes and already knows they want to go. I'm the co-founder of Voyage AI and Hostfluencer, two platforms operating as a single ecosystem underneath LVL Holdings. Voyage AI is an AI-native travel platform consolidating flights, stays, and cars into one intelligent, personalized experience. We're integrated with Amadeus and Duffel, two of the largest GDS networks in the world, giving us access to global flight and hotel inventory at scale. Our mobile app launches end of March. Hostfluencer is the creator-brand marketplace that feeds the top of that funnel. It connects property owners, hospitality brands, and travel creators through content-based collaborations that generate real bookings, not just impressions. The thesis: content is the new distribution. Creators are the new search algorithm. We're building the infrastructure to operationalize that at scale. Before this, I spent a decade reverse-engineering why people buy. In Ann Arbor and Los Angeles, I worked with Sales Brain, an automated AI system that combined branded Shopify stores, scripted conversational marketing, and hashtag-based targeting to pull customers into DM funnels at scale. The chatbot closed them. It generated millions in revenue and tens of thousands of customers before most people knew what a conversion funnel on Instagram was. But the anomaly is what changed everything. Purchase clusters kept appearing in areas we never targeted. No bots, no ads, no outreach. I dug into the data and found the same pattern every time: one person bought, wore it, and their entire social circle followed. Not because of an algorithm. Because of trust. Those individuals were decision-makers inside micro-networks, key opinion leaders who carried disproportionate influence over the people around them. That insight became Kaia, a behavioral analytics platform built to map those networks, identify the key nodes, and give brands a precision entry point. You didn't need to reach everyone. You just needed to reach the right one. I've been building on that thesis ever since. Hostfluencer identifies and activates those key opinion leaders inside travel. Voyager captures the demand they generate. The content creates intent. The booking path converts it. And the flywheel runs itself. The question was never just how do you get people to care about a brand enough to act. It was always: who do you need to reach first?

Hostfluencer is a verticalized creator marketplace connecting short-term rental property owners and hospitality brands with vetted travel creators. The model is simple: instead of paying for ads, properties pay for content that actually converts. I built the entire platform independently. Product vision, UX architecture, front-end development, backend logic, payment integration, matching infrastructure, brand identity, and go-to-market. Every layer from zero. The thesis came directly out of what I proved at Kaia. You don't need reach. You need the right person in the right network creating the right content. Hostfluencer is the infrastructure that makes that repeatable at scale for the hospitality market. We launched with a curated cohort of creators and properties, zero paid marketing, and immediate traction. The business runs on three revenue streams: a subscription model for creators, a 20% platform fee on brand campaigns, and a 3% commission on host affiliate bookings. Every layer is designed to compound as the network grows. Hostfluencer sits inside the LVL Holdings ecosystem as the top-of-funnel content engine for Voyage AI. The creators generating travel content on Hostfluencer are the same demand signal that flows into Voyager's booking path. One platform feeds the other. That's the compounding advantage.

Voyager is an AI-native travel platform that consolidates flights, stays, and rental cars into a single personalized experience. Not a search engine with a booking layer on top. An intelligent system that understands where you want to go before you finish asking. We're integrated with Amadeus and Duffel, giving us access to global flight and hotel inventory at the same infrastructure layer the largest OTAs in the world operate on. Our mobile app launches end of March. The core product is built around an AI agent that handles trip planning, itinerary curation, and booking across verticals in a single conversational flow. The goal is to remove the fifteen-tab research process that every traveler still suffers through and replace it with something that actually thinks. Hostfluencer generates the creator content that drives consumer intent. Voyager captures that intent and converts it into a booking. The content creates the desire. The platform closes it. The data from every transaction makes the next recommendation smarter. We're currently raising to accelerate product development, expand the engineering team, and scale distribution.

  • Freelance Marketing Consultant at Flying Embers
    Mar 2021 - Nov 2023 · 2 yrs 9 mos

Flying Embers was a high-growth better-for-you beverage brand building a lifestyle identity in a crowded category. My role was to make that identity felt in person. I led brand activations across major venues and live events including the Hollywood Bowl, Penmar, AFC events, and regional festivals throughout Southern California. That meant end-to-end execution: strategic planning, on-site logistics, ambassador team management, vendor coordination, and post-event reporting. The work wasn't about impressions. It was about getting a product into someone's hand at the right moment and making sure the experience around it was worth remembering. That's the part of marketing most platforms can't replicate, and the reason I've always believed the highest-leverage distribution is experiential, not algorithmic. That belief is still embedded in everything I build.
