As EVP and Chief Strategy Officer, I lead all strategy and corporate development activities for 3M. Our strategic priorities are driving sustained organic growth, improving operational performance and effectively allocating capital. Prior to 3M, I spent 15 years in management consulting. Most recently, I was a Senior Partner with BCG and led the Industrial Goods Practice in North America. I am also Board Chair for Catholic Charities Twin Cities and have been a board member since 2020. Outside of work, I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my wife and 3 children enjoying the Minnesota outdoors and traveling. I also am an amateur golfer, crossfitter and a loyal Notre Dame fan.
As Interim Group President of Enterprise Supply Chain, I led global end-to-end supply chain strategy and operations, including safety, manufacturing, logistics, engineering, planning, procurement and quality.
