Product licensing company stichd has begun a new chapter on July 1, 2019, combining three companies (Dobotex, Dobologic & Branded) into one to build on decades of experience in designing and creating the highest quality bodywear, legwear, swimwear and fanwear for some of the world’s leading brands.
• Head up the global retail / outlet and wholesale EEA & EEMEA SMU apparel business including key accounts (Sport Scheck, Karstadt, Kaufhof, Snipes, Footlocker, JD, Asos, Footasylum, Stadium, etc) • Accountable to achieve net sales, margin & efficiency targets set by the board • Lead product management, design & development teams • Budget responsibility • As a member of the apparel leadership team influence, steer & support the apparel brand direction to deliver the company’s strategic goals • Develop & evolve the SMU strategy across both regions short / mid / long term • Ensure organizational efficiency through effective motivation, delegation, proper coaching and development of the functional teams • Steer & manage the creation process of commercial collections / packages “from concept to shelf” • Monitor and continuously improve workload and organizational efficiency with the support of IT systems, data and analysis • Continuously optimizing the SMU process + identifying potential business development areas • Close relationship with Puma Group Sourcing to ensure right product & price • Strong ability to work cross functional in a matrix organisation
• Management of the relevant product lines, including briefing, prototyping, financial targets in support of the goals of the Originals Group. • Management of the relevant product team, including personnel & brand functions • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with design and cross functional teams, help the division achieve its goals • Analyze and report line business performance of relevant category and define relevant category plans to improve the performance of the category inline with the goals set by the division • Manage the relevant category and team to ensure: workable prototypes that address the desired; function, design direction, market appeal and commercial viability. This includes checking of prototypes and salesman samples for quality, size, fit and working together with design conduct all fitting sessions. • Manage the team through the entire product creation process for assigned products, with an emphasis on market and consumer relevance, quality product development and timely completion of all tasks in accordance with the applicable operating calendar. • Manage the relevant category personnel usually consisting of SPM’s, PM’s and APM’S • Steer & create a high performing team attitude and spirit.
