I am an experienced Manager in the Shared Services and Outsourcing Consulting team at KPMG Poland, with a strong focus on improving the efficiency of finance departments. My expertise includes: - transformation and centralization of finance and accounting processes within SSCs, - implementation of innovations and system improvements, - supporting clients at both strategic and operational levels. I started my career as a junior accountant and later worked as a process expert, which gave me a solid operational and process-oriented foundation.
