The Projects I was responsible for was the implementation of a standardized KPI report of all warehouses in Germany which included a summary report for the company group and the optimization of the Kanban process with digital tools along the entire supply chain. Additionally I analyzed the digital transformation associated with an international project and within my bachelor thesis I wrote a scientific elaboration about change management. During my time at Rexel I gained a wide range of experience due to projects covering the entire supply chain including the following fields: - warehouse management - procurement - sales - strategic purchasing - category management - supply chain optimization - controlling - accounting, taxes & reporting
