• Led team of 4-6 data analysts and engineers to build end-to-end data products that were contributors to the company being acquired by Blackstone, having shown our company’s capabilities beyond ESG program management, but also in technology and analytics to support said programs for Fortune 500 companies. • Led efforts to integrate 2 data teams post M&A with another firm; developed the blueprint and timeline considerations for personnel staffing, merger of tech stacks, and database migrations to ensure a seamless transition. • Interfaced with clients and provided support as the main technical point of contact on integration of data products. • Spearheaded the development and productization of a classification model that identifies climate policy mandates, i.e. emissions tax requirements, given a building's data which made it viable for the business to create new lines of service offerings and revenue stream. Software reduced the time to identify mandate requirements per building on average from 15 minutes to seconds and eliminated the need to train a specialized team dedicated to policy research and mandate identification. • Developed methodologies and visualizations to set and track GHG emissions reduction targets and commitments (Net Zero, SBTI, etc.) to help corporate clients gain greater visibility into their climate impact. • Scaled up ESG reporting offerings (i.e.: GRESB, CDP, GHG Inventory Scope 1-3, etc.) through process automation and setting up data collection pipelines, increasing efficiency to deliver and report to external frameworks by over 300%.
Designed and proposed cost reduction plans for AB's can filling line at the Merrimack brewery saving over $100,000 annually by performing a Root Cause Analysis on equipment sensor data which allowed for realtime parameter optimization inside FlexSim, a 3D discrete event simulator.
Increased energy efficiency by almost 30% on average in residential apartments by reducing heating consumption through deployment of smart thermostats, deployment of sensor data pipelines, air sealing procedures, and analysis on collected data to perform optimization on HVAC controls.
