• Supervise and support Specialized Program Coordinators across admissions, scheduling, data, training, and internal operations • Act as a liaison between SPC teams and executive leadership to ensure smooth communication and alignment across the volunteer program • Manage internal systems for staff hours, autoscheduler preferences, and application scoring throughout each staff cycle • Monitor and respond to Care Extenders MedNet inboxes to coordinate admissions, training, and ongoing staff needs • Lead staff and executive meetings to review reports, resolve operational issues, and improve program efficiency
