Previously from Trade Invoice Processing team, I requested for a transfer to Treasury team to further extend my knowledge and skills in the Accounts Payable Department. During my tenure in Treasury team, I have : i.) Understood the treasury management process and able to perform bank reconciliations for both Malaysia and Singapore entities, with minimal supervision under a short period of time due to the implementation of MCO 1.0 on March 2020. ii.) Cleared legacy items in the bank reconciliations since year 2018, resulting in a clean bank reconciliation report for all bank accounts. iii.) Involved in bank reconciliation related projects with HQ in Dubai.
During my tenure as a P2P associate in the Trade Invoice Processing Team, I have : i.) Cleared a total amount of SGD 2.4 million down-payment invoice related issues. ii.) Successfully performed knowledge transfer from Singapore finance team back to Malaysia. iii.) Been appointed as the President of the Recreational Club, and successfully organized various events and also sports tournament for the company.
