Backed by a16z and Kleiner Perkins, Firstbase enables companies to manage the entire employee equipment lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding. The platform combines SaaS workflow automation and visibility including asset tracking with world-class physical operations, including supply chain, logistics, and IT end-user computing.
• Built the platform product marketing team, strategy, and process from the ground up and grew the team from 0 to 4 • Created and enabled messaging & positioning for the platform GTM motion including developing first call deck, personas, value proposition, and competitive intel • Established and scaled launch process within the Product organization, launching major platform releases by establishing messaging & positioning, enabling the Sales & Customer Success teams, and spearheading GTM strategy across all marketing channels • Led a team of 5 as the President & Co-Founder of the Asian ERG to organize programs & events that benefit the AAPI community
• Led all GTM planning for Attentive’s automated messages products and launched the flagship messages product, Journeys, by developing the launch plan, creating product messaging & positioning, managing the beta, conducting user research, and developing marketing collateral (blog post, demo video, best practices guide)
