About

I build, scale, and fix organizations...usually where there’s no playbook. I’m currently Chief Studio Officer at Immutable in Sydney, where I oversee the games P&L and studio portfolio for one of the leading web3 gaming platforms. My focus right now is threefold: launching new titles, retooling game operations for an AI-first world, and helping bring to market Immutable’s Audience Builder, an AI-powered martech product that enables insights-driven game marketing at scale. It’s the kind of tool I always wanted when I was on the operator side, and building it has meant sitting at the intersection of product, data, and go-to-market in ways that go well beyond gaming. Before Immutable, I spent nearly four years as General Manager for Southeast Asia at Riot Games, leading regional launches of VALORANT, League of Legends: Wild Rift, and Legends of Runeterra across one of the world’s most complex markets. Wild Rift launched at #1 on the App Store and reached 29M+ trials. VALORANT scaled to millions of active players, built on publishing infrastructure, payments, partnerships, esports, and local organizations constructed largely from scratch. While my roots are in gaming, the capabilities translate: platform ecosystems, marketplace development, AI-powered products, international expansion, organizational transformation. The industry changes; the underlying problems tend to rhyme. Based in Sydney. Always interested in where platforms and ecosystems are being built.

Experience

  • Chief Studio Officer at Immutable
    Mar 2022 - Present · 4 yrs 5 mos

I oversee the Games P&L and studio portfolio at Immutable, one of the leading web3 gaming platforms. My portfolio includes Gods Unchained, a free-to-play trading card game live since 2018 with 36,000 ETH in lifetime NFT and token sales (~$85-90M equivalent) and a peak playerbase of 190K; Guild of Guardians, a mobile ARPG live since 2024 with a peak playerbase of 270K; and Might & Magic: Fates, a co-development with Ubisoft and the first entry in the franchise in over 10 years, currently at 24K DAU since launch. Beyond the game portfolio, I’m helping to build Audience, a full marketing suite built by gamers for games. Audience is designed to minimize game marketing waste and has been proven to deliver 2.3x more qualified players. It’s powered by an AI CMO that helps publishers and developers launch their games successfully so they can focus on making great games. My current focus is threefold: scaling the game portfolio, retooling operations for an AI-first world, and bringing Audience to market as the game marketing platform the industry has always needed.
