Currently, I work as Volvo Group North America's Uptime Training Delivery Specialist, facilitating training for newly hired and current agents in the Volvo Action Service Department, designing, developing and maintaining the new hire and continuous training programs, and creating effective training materials. -Create online and in person training material for Volvo Action Service agents -Use programs such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360 Suite, Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, & Powtoon to create courses & videos -Collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver accurate training information to the agents -Develop Training Curriculum for new and continuing agents -Admin and Key User of company LMS
