Oversaw WWE's growth marketing efforts through merger with Endeavor/UFC, driving revenue with consumer products, ticket package sales, and partner marketing. Managed CRM team creating lifecycle marketing campaigns, developing and implementing audience segmentation, and growing our first party data. Lead consumer experiences, creating on the ground activations at our key events and supporting retail shopping with 360 marketing campaigns. Broadcast marketing - Developed campaigns and activations focused on driving tune in to our 3 live shows each week, along with reality and documentary shows domestically and internationally, as well as manage in show marketing programming for partners. Loyalty - Delivered WWE's new approach to consumer loyalty programs, including branding, audience segmentation, marketing and social media strategy, and overhauled mobile experience.
Oversaw global strategy, positioning, cross functional go to market planning, creative, media and launch of all consumer facing Twitter products (Tweets, Profiles, Timeline, Spaces, Privacy and Safety, etc). Worked with Product leadership on research, insights, positioning, audience and roadmap for all consumer products as well as vision for the overall Twitter product. Reported directly to the CMO and member of Twitter’s Global Leadership Team, the top 100 senior leaders charting the future of Twitter. Led an organization of 30+ product marketers driving innovation and marketing efforts across social, consumer, brand, and creative teams. Partnered with Comms leadership to drive messaging with outlets, journalists, and consumers about Twitter products, public policies, consumer safety, and long term innovation and development plans.
