Cocktail Garnish Co. started out of an apartment - expecting the height of the business to sell 2 bags per day. Boy were we wrong. I've successfully navigated the complexities of building a business from the ground up, demonstrated by an impressive average annual growth rate, managing and aiding in the growth of our team, or navigating an ever moving supply chain. My role combines financial acumen with creative marketing, emphasizing thoughtful consumer engagement and data-driven decision-making to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
Whiskey Creek - White Plains, NY (2017-2018) + Managing percentage partner + Increased sales from $3,000 to $8,000 per week by fixing operational inefficiencies, changing quality perception, introducing cocktail menus, building booths and shelving structure to allow more seating and storage. + Developed new sales techniques through cellular texts to build hype and awareness through weekends causing lines down the street for entry. + Provided a full rebrand through graphic design and and a new website to aid in a perceptional change. + Worked with Southern and Empire sales reps in exchange for support in building out a new adult version of the previous college bar. Black Bear - White Plains, NY (2014-2016) + Increased sales through revamps: Menus, Flyers, Parties + Recreated logo and other assets for company + Utilized email blasts to sell out events. + Utilized and installed digital displays to forward promote events increasing the turnout.
