As an International Client Strategy Manager at Attentive, a Series E MarTech start-up (~$900M in VC funding), I advise on CRM strategy for a book of over 50 clients including Monsoon UK and Victoria Beckham Beauty worth $5M ARR.
During my rotation around the Central Buying Team, my role as a Graduate MT includes: - Liaising with vendors on a daily basis for order consolidation, - Utilizing Excel to generate data specific to the buying teams' and/or vendor needs, - Compiling product information and arranging logistics to improve product knowledge across the Hong Kong retail stores and strengthen partnerships between the retail team and merchandising team, - Managing financial and legal accounts with internal departments for our 40+ partnering international brands - Organizing internal records for effective management of day-to-day information need for various parties.
As a PR intern, I was responsible for tasks in both the PR team and the Events team: - Day-to-day tasks relating to PR include compiling souvenir proposals, reading and summarising local and international news on a daily basis for client news updates, and liaising with clients' target media personnel and investors. - Event coordination tasks include designing of attendee databases on Excel, designing and formatting interim results presentations for client AGMs, post-AGM database analysis, and English-Chinese translations.
