I am always hungry to improve my knowledge base and understanding of this very complex electro-mechanical world. Thinking outside of the box and constantly seeking the root cause of even the smallest every day problems is a normal for me. Robotics and my interest in them has been a part of my life since the first time I put my hands on a Lego kit. I have had many great experiences with programs like F.I.R.S.T. robotics, NASA Lunabotics, and my education through MSOE which have gotten me to where I am today as an experienced Manufacturing Engineer.
As a Manufacturing Engineer for the Perlick Corporation I fulfill multiple responsibilities which include standard process control functions, shop floor support, and continuous improvement project development. Above and beyond standard responsibilities for a Manufacturing Engineer I support safety improvement projects, assist in emergency planning, aid in submission of our environmental compliance requirements, run the Waste Water Treatment system at Perlick, facilitate equipment moves, and support operations in our Monterrey facility among several other responsibilities.
Provide technical support to the manufacturing operation by providing, defining, and implementing processes, documenting and costing these processes and following the cost performance thus ensuring the Brunk high quality standards. Extend technical support to other organization units in the development of customer products.
