Driving Warmteo’s expansion in the German B2B market by building a strong partner network and ensuring smooth project execution from first contact to installation. -Identifying and acquiring new B2B partners in need of heat pump and photovoltaic installation services - Negotiating commercial and technical terms, preparing and finalizing contracts - Developing long-term relationships with partners to secure repeat business and sustainable growth - Managing the full sales cycle: from lead generation and contract negotiation to project handover - Coordinating installation teams, technical preparation, scheduling, and ensuring on-site execution runs seamlessly - Acting as the key point of contact between partners, clients, and installation teams - Monitoring project progress, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring timely delivery - Supporting invoicing, payment follow-ups, and handling claims in cooperation with finance and service departments - Providing regular reporting and business planning to management for further market expansion
Working as Partner Sales Manager under the Schlieger group, representing Warmteo GmbH in the German market. Responsible for expanding Warmteo’s partner network, coordinating installation teams, and ensuring smooth execution of B2B projects (heat pumps & photovoltaics).
In this role, I am responsible for overseeing and coordinating with regional managers to ensure that sales targets are consistently met and align with the company's overarching objectives. I work closely with the sales team to streamline processes, enhance customer experience, and boost overall efficiency, all contributing to the company's growth and success.
