Chapter President of ZBT, Rutgers, New Brunswick. Leads 55 members, manages housing, mentor board of other executive officers and supports all members.
Recruited 40 plus new members to the fraternity. Met prospective members at involvement events at Rutgers which is an on-site recruiting event. Used communication skills, followed up, negotiated, developed positive strategies that ultimately made these prospects commit to ZBT. Known as one of the better recruiters ZBT has seen in a very long time.
