The role of the board of governors is to act as a steward of the mission of the Corporation of Trinity College School and to be responsible for overseeing the School’s strategic direction in this regard. The board of governors is the primary policy-making body for the School.
The Audit & Finance Committee, a committee accountable to the Board of Governors of Trinity College School, was formed to assist the Board in fulfilling the Board’s oversight responsibilities and fiduciary obligations. The Committee provides governance oversight for the School’s overall financial health, financial planning and management including long-term fiscal sustainability, financial reporting, internal controls, and liquidity management. In carrying out its mandate, the Finance Committee will make recommendations for approval by the Board of Governors.
